According to those who know, one of the best actresses Nigeria has ever had, Liz Benson-Emeya, is set to make a full comeback to Nollywood after taking a well-deserved break that lasted over 15 years.
The veteran actress who was undoubtedly the queen of the movie industry in the 90s and early 2000s, we hear, is set to appear in her first movie in over a decade as plans are underway by a very popular producer to drag her back into the make-belief world.
The Akwa Ibom-born actress who is now an evangelist, lost her first husband, Samuel Gabriel Etim, in her mid-20s, and later got married to Bishop Great Emeya in 2009 of the Rainbow Christian Assembly in Warri, Delta State, a church she is currently running with her second husband.
Reliable sources reveal that the movie is almost set to drop and the veteran star who featured in hundreds of movies including Evil Men 1 and 2, Shame, Conspiracy, Izaga, Burden, Stolen Child, Faces, Dead End, Tycoon, Glamour Girls, Body of Vengeance, and a host of others, will show that she still has what it takes when it comes to role interpretation.
